Arghh rindunya rindunya nak lawan-lawan nak tendang tendang nak belajar skills yang supposedly sekarang tak payah belajar sebab sepatutnya dah master tapi tak pandai pandai jugak.

Nak jadi hebat hebat macam orang yang pergi Sukan Sea tu arghh bilalah agaknya?

Aku ni teori hebat, praktikal hancur! Why must I be that kind of person? Why oh why?? ;(

I did manage to do a quite perfect side split, 

Ikie did get a gold medal,

a junior did impress the team,

so nothing is impossible right?
